Gill White
Gill is a director of MBL. Alongside her role in running the company she has a mainly front facing role, often on a 1-1 basis, working with adults to help them progress towards employment. She is also responsible for managing the Job Clubs that are run by MBL. She enjoys this aspect of her work and finds it very rewarding seeing participants achieve success.
Gill has a Level 3 award in Information and Advice (NOCN).
