Karen Cull
Karen is a director of MBL. As well as her involvement in managing and running the business, she has a front-facing role, leading on the teaching element of our programmes. She is enthused by teaching and mentoring and ensures the content and delivery of our skills development packages is lively and engaging.
Karen also works as a regional and national consultant/trainer for literacy, language and numeracy. Her specialist areas are in professional development for the adult learning sector and in developing organisations to deliver post-16 learning.
Karen is a qualified teacher (post 16) and a member of the Institute for Learning
